Our Group Training Classes in Haddon Heights are designed to ensure every individual gets the assistance and attention they need from our instructors. We want everyone to enjoy their classes and get the hands-on coaching they need to get the best results possible. That's why we offer 4 unique training classes for individuals with different goals in mind.

Fit @ 5 Starts January 14th
This Co-Ed group training class is the solution to getting your workout in when you simply can't find the time. You can expect an amazing 30 minute workout on Tuesday, Thursday at 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We will also hold a bonus session on Saturday at 7:00 AM. Truth be told, this is an early class, but if you can make some sacrifices, you will see amazing results including losing up to 8 pounds each 6-week cycle, developing amazing muscle tone, increasing your daily energy, and more.

Busy Mother Boot Camp (January 20th)
Once you have children… Everything changes! Lack of sleep, too many hours of work and endless chores make it almost impossible to find the time (or the energy) to truly take care of yourself. You’re not alone! Countless new mothers face these challenges every day. The good news is our Busy Mothers Boot Camp will help you find the time to FINALLY take care of you! AND THAT TIME IS 5:00 AM!
That’s right! If you are willing to get to bed early so you can work-out early, you will reap the benefits of discipline and dedicated training. Just follow our training and diet plan and success will be yours!

Man-Up (Starts February 4th)
This group training class is the solution for busy men who cannot possibly find a full hour to spend at the gym “ They are JUST TO BUSY! “ Our Man-Up group will get you into amazing shape in only 30 minutes! Truth be told, our work-outs’s are tough! But if you are willing to work hard and resolve yourself to follow our Man-Up nutrition protocol, you will see amazing results including:
- Lose up to 8 pounds of body fat in 6 weeks each 6-week cycle
- Develop amazing muscle tone
- Increase your daily energy
- And much more!
Man-Up will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:45 AM, and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 PM.

Teacher Tune-Up
This 6-week group training class is perfect for teachers who want to spend their summer break getting in shape! You will meet right here in Haddon Heights three times a week for a 45 minute conditioning and muscle toning workout combined with a sensible nutrition program that's easy to follow. You can lose weight, get in shape, and start the new school year stress free.
